Finally rumah dah siap. Supposed siap June 2014 but this is August 2013 and 100% completed. My fear that we might end up choosing the wrong developer is all gone! So happy with the outcome. Imagine we only did the house hunting online through iProperty and made deals with the developer through emails and phone calls but really it was risky, however it is not bad though. Save money and time some more but please, if u feels no confident with the developer, DO NOT PROCEED.

This is our investment house. We wouldn't be staying here though, because we have other commitment in life. Yea, right. Haha.. So alhamdulillah one of the wishlist finally come true. One advice, I would suggest buying the freehold property compared to leasehold property if u plan to let ur child, grandchild n d list goes on to have the house later when ure no longer live. True story. If u buy the leasehold the maximum u can stay is 99 years. Soooo....rugi! The government can demolish d house after the lease period is over.

Right now in 2013 the rate in Bandar Baru Bangi for a standard 20x70 double storey house is 700k. It is leasehold property, btw. We sooooo can't afford that much at our age, no? At least for me. I don't even know whether my child can afford to buy a house or not when the time comes. However, that's another story la. This house is not located in Bangi, not even nearrr 700k and it is a freehold property.

For amni, it is our house, yo! Mommy can't wait to decorate your room pumpkin! Haha
